As dentists, we feel confident diagnosing, educating and treating our patients. But, so often we stumble into a leadership position we are ill-equipped to manage. We assume everyone on our team will row together (they all jumped in the boat…didn’t they?) until we realize they aren’t and we find ourselves spinning in circles... struggling to maintain a positive culture.
Helping dentists develop leadership skills is one of our favorite things.
